Selection Process
Step 1: Investigate
Investigate the insolvency industry and do your homework - Give some thought to whether you would enjoy operating a 4 Pillars Franchise as a franchisee. Are you flexible enough to work as a turnaround consultant in the 4 Pillars system? As part of your investigation, go to our Franchise Site Access, complete the questionnaire, and we will email you a password to access the exclusive site.
Step 2: Book an Informational Session
Once you have completed your investigation and you have a serious interest in moving forward complete the Franchise Application including the Non-Disclosure document. The form is also available by calling 1-866-600-2364.
Fax the completed form to: (866) 591-2941, Attention: Franchise Development Director.
Step 3: Review of Application / Interview
Once we have reviewed your application, we will contact you to schedule an interview via telephone. The purpose of the interview is to discuss your potential as a 4 Pillars Franchisee and to provide you with a solid understanding of the 4 Pillars system and our support team. Upon mutual agreement to proceed, you will be asked to complete a background information form. We will evaluate all of the information that you have provided, perform various background checks and contact your references.
Step 4: Meetting with Franchisor Executive Team
Should there be mutual interest in moving forward, you will sign a preliminary Letter of Intent. This is a good faith agreement in which we identify and reserve your target franchise location, upon receipt of your payment of a refundable deposit. This letter and the accompanying deposit allow us to reserve your specific franchise location for up to 30 days while we complete the execution of the formal franchise agreement.
You will meet with Partners and/or Master Franchise owner for final qualifying. If qualified, you will be provided with a copy of our Franchise Disclosure documentation. This documentation contains detailed information about our company and our franchise system, helping you to make the right decision!
Step 5: Contact Existing Franchisees
After your second interview and your review of the franchise disclosure information, you may wish to interview some of our existing franchisees.
Step 6: Execution of Franchise Agreement
At this stage, you should have enough information about 4 Pillars to make your decision. If you have been approved by Franchise Development, you can now sign the franchise agreement.
Final Step: Training
You will commence training and be assigned a senior partner, who will coordinate all training and assist with both business start-up and ongoing business development. This senior partner will then travel to your office to provide on-site training. Our excellent ongoing support and training, provided via telephone, internet, local visits and conferences, will help you develop a successful and thriving business practice.
